The Castle Audiometric Booth offers the very best performance along with the highest level of practicality and complies fully with ISO 6189. It is mounted on castors for maneuverability and is designed to fit through any standard door. The room comes fully equipped with ventilation system, lighting, seat, shelf and jack panel and is ready for use within minutes of delivery.
The booth is made with a plain galvanised steel exterior and perforated galvanised interior surfaces. The acoustic infill for floor, walls, door and roof panels are sound retardant, absorbing, inert, mildew resistant and vermin proof. The floor is covered with foam backed carpet, trimmed with cove moulding

The door provides a clear opening 604 mm x 1680 mm and is supported on two heavy duty hinges integrally mounted within door and panel frame. For safety and effective acoustic control self aligning magnet compression seals are mounted on top, bottom and sides of door leaf. The window is a double glazed unit consisting of 6 mm safety glass fitted into a UPVC frame.
Lighting and ventilation are on a common switch operating a 30W tungsten lamp and an all in one silenced forced ventilation system. The booth has a fitted 13 Amp. plug.
A standard pre-wired mounted jack panel consisting of three 6 mm 3 pole sockets, and two 6 mm 2 pole sockets plus an intercom socket are fitted as standard. Optional jack panels can be provided if requested.
