PREMIERE SERVICE: The Castle Group premiere service is a pledge to our customers that, wherever possible, we will turnaround service and calibration work within 10 working days of receipt of the instrumentation and an official order.

CERTIFICATION: Bands A-H service charges include an NPL (National Physical Laboratory) traceable calibration certificate where applicable. Duplicate certificates available at £30 each. A separate Calibration Results report is also available at £45.00 per instrument (see Band M).

UKAS: Full UKAS calibration is also available for qualifying instruments. Prices for this facility are available upon request.

REPLACEMENT PARTS: Major components (such as, but not restricted to, microphones, keypads, meter movements, LCD displays, or calibrator transducers) are available if required. Chargeable at current list price.

COLLECTION SERVICE: Castle Group Ltd are now able to offer a collection service from any UK postal address. All that is required is that the instruments are securely packed ready for transit (see point 8). Prices for this service are available upon request.

Sound Level Meter and Vibration CalibrationCHARGING: All above listed service charges are exclusive of return carriage and VAT if applicable. *Please note that each instrument returned, such as calibrators with sound level meters, will be charged separately.

WARRANTY: In order to maintain the 4-Year Warranty and official service history (where applicable), each instrument’s warranty passport must be returned with the instruments within the specified time limit. Failure to do so will invalidate the existing warranty. A warranty reinstatement facility is available, at the company’s discretion, for a fee of £55.00 (see Band O).

PACKING FOR TRANSIT: It is strongly recommended that all instruments returned for service and calibration are sent in the original packaging, if available, or a carton suitable for carrier transit. If the instruments are kept in a kit case then we would recommend that this is also used. It is also recommended that, where applicable, removable microphone assemblies are disconnected and packed securely to prevent damage in transit. Castle Group Ltd can accept no liability for instruments damaged in transit.
