Booking on a training course, how do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Once an order has been completed we print out an order Acknowledgement which will be posted to the address given on the order. This will confirm your booking.

Training course bookings made online are processed the same (or next) working day. Should a course already be fully booked or if there is a problem with your order then someone from Castle Group will contact you to complete an order or suggest alternative dates for your chosen course.

Training course places are limited so orders are best places as soon as possible.

Places on our free half day seminars fill up extremely quickly.
