| How long will it take to calibrate my equipment? |
Our target is to turn around calibrations within a working week and will endeavour to do this at all times. During busier periods and where any additional repair or replacement work needs to be carried out this may take longer. Castle Group aim to calibrate and return all equipment as soon as possible after a suitable Order Acknowledgement has been raised. There are certain periods where a greater number of instruments require calibration and this can lead to minor delays. In the event of any delay from the original expected return date Castle Group will contact you. Rental options are available should you require temporary replacement instruments during a repair or calibration.
