Simplicity is the key to the flexibility that this software offers. Once the program is open, one mouse click is all it takes to start acquiring data from the instrument. Options are then presented to the user about how much data and which types of data to acquire thus giving control to the operator. Once the data is in the PC (a few seconds later), displaying the information in either graphical or tabular form could not be simpler. The explorer-style pane on the left of the window shows the structure of the data and simply clicking on a data item will display either a graph or table in the right hand pane depending on the suitability of the data.
For the analysis of Vibration data, VIBdataPRO gives pertinent information to allow detailed reporting of Machine Vibration Levels, Environmental Measurements and Hand Arm Vibration Exposure. For Machine condition monitoring, this software will produce a graph of data which has been collected over many weeks or months on separate occasions and will show a trend of increasing levels which can indicate excessive wear and tear and the need for predictive maintenance.
For Human Hand Arm Vibration measurements, the software provides all the information you need without having to carry out any further calculations. This data is presented in tabular form and allows you to experiment with the results by altering exposure times and including or excluding measurements from any of the measured hand held tools. The results are given in terms of the exposure from each individual power tool and the total exposure from a combination of tools that may be used in any one day. You can add any notes to the measurements as well which means that you do not need to keep any paper records about the measurements.
