Specifically written to give clear and concise reporting of noise related measurements which means that it is dedicated to the task. This package is capable of displaying logged data which has been recorded over many days or even weeks on one screen as a graph and then enabling you to look in more detail at any section of the data. You can also look the data in tabular form with a click of your mouse and then copy the data in any form into your own spreadsheets or work processor packages.
Another very useful feature of dBdata is the Hearing Protection Database which allows you to download measurements from your Sound Level Meter and then test out various hearing protectors to gauge their effectiveness for that type of noise environment according to the Noise at Work Regulations 1989. Doing this gives you a detailed analysis graph and therefore evidence that you have selected a 'suitable' ear defender.
