Compact and simple to use. The Safety and Environmental Sound Meter System features the SONUS GA116L logging noise meter which is capable of measuring all parameters required for Control of Noise at Work Regulations (including dose) and environmental parameters such as Ln. Data can be logged and downloaded using the dBdataPro noise analysis software. You can switch the removable microphone for the dosemeter cable microphone (available separately) and measure personal noise and dose levels. Environmental parameters include L10 and L90 measurements and a third selectable percentile level.

The GA116L brings simplicity and power to the world of Noise at Work and Environmental sound monitoring. It is a Class 1 instrument which is a full data logging, integrating sound and noise exposure meter and has been designed for both Noise at Work assessments and Environmental Sound Monitoring.

Then, the GA607 meets the demanding standards of a Class 1 calibrator. There are two calibration levels, 94dB and 104dB re re 20µPa both at 1kHz and it is supplied with the required barometer. It is for use with ½ “microphones. Using this meter, a sound level meter can be checked at two meter scale points and usually on two ranges. IEC 60942 states that for a calibrator to be used in the Class 1 category, it must be corrected for barometric pressure. There is a simple readout on the clear display and a correction table printed on the reverse which is a simple process.

IEC 60942 states that for a calibrator to be used in the Class 1 category, it must be corrected for barometric pressure. The Castle GA690 barometer is supplied with the GA607 Class 1/C calibrator for just this purpose. With a simple readout on the clear display and a correction table printed on the reverse, this is a simple process.

This kit can also be rented with the SONUS Weatherproof Case system for longer term environmental measurements outdoors.
