Vibration Calibrator Rental
This is the Castle GA606 vibration calibrator which is the most useful small calibrator around. It is a small, self-contained handheld shaker and has been designed for quick and easy checking of accelerometers, vibration monitoring systems and recording systems.
The calibrator is ideal for calibration of acceleration, velocity and displacement measurement equipment. It uses single button operation with an auto-power off facility which ensures that it is easy to use and has a long battery life. This provides a known and controlled selectable RMS or Peak vibration for verification of accelerometers weighing up to 70g. The sinusoidal wave oscillator produces an output of 10 m/s2 (RMS) with less than 5% distortion.
They are powered by a single 9V battery and has dimensions of 134mm x 51mm diameter which makes this instrument extremely portable. This instrument provides 80 to 1600 calibration cycles which depends on accelerometer weight and is powered by a self-contained battery pack. You can override the automatic shut off after a 1.75 minute cycle by a switch to provide continuous operation when required. Internal suspension is protected from overload by mechanical stops.
