The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 Guidance Update 2021

The HSE periodically review most guidance documents and the Control of Noise at Work
Regulations guidance was certainly due for an update. The 2021 edition has changed quite
a bit from the 2005 revision with much of it re-written and some of the sections moved round.

While much of the guidance has been re-written, most of this is about simplification and
clarification rather than substantive change. There are, however, a few changes worthy of
note!
